We manage a small selection of self-contained properties (cottages, villas & apartments) - in Nelson's waterfront area. If Annie’s is already occupied for your desired dates please contact us for other options.

Minimum Stays:
Annie's Cottage: 5 nights between 20 Dec 2010 and 02 Jan 2011
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation within 30 days of arrival date: 10% forfeit of the total booking price.
Cancellation within 15 days of arrival date: 25% forfeit of the total booking price.
Cancellation within 3 days of arrival date: 100% forfeit of the total booking price.

We are sympathetic to unexpected itinerary changes and have a flexible cancellation policy. We do not always apply a cancellation penalty fee but reserve the right to do so as detailed.
No fee will be charged if replacement bookings are made.

No deposit is required to secure your reservation but we do require your credit card details. Full amount is payable upon arrival.
