Minimum number of nights required:
* XMAS - New Years, 4 consecutive nights
* New Years - February, 3 consecutive nights
* Other times (special events excluded), 2 consecutive nights
* or on a "fill a gap" basis.

There are approx 16 steps to Apartment 1 & 16 more to Apartment 2. They are well spaced & have good handrails.

We manage a small selection of self-contained properties (cottages, villas & apartments) - in Nelson's waterfront area. If the Harbour View Apartments are already occupied for your desired dates please contact us for other options.

5 nights between 13 Sep 2011 and 12 Oct 2011
2 nights between 13 Oct 2011 and 21 Dec 2011
4 nights between 22 Nov 2011 and 03 Jan 2012
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation within 30 days of arrival date: 10% forfeit of the total booking price.
Cancellation within 15 days of arrival date: 25% forfeit of the total booking price.
Cancellation within 3 days of arrival date: 100% forfeit of the total booking price.

We are sympathetic to unexpected itinerary changes and have a flexible cancellation policy. We do not always apply a cancellation penalty fee but reserve the right to do so as detailed.
No fee will be charged if replacement bookings are received.
