Minimum Stays:
2 nights between 01 Jun 2009 and 12 Sep 2010
Room 1 - Tahi: 1 nights between 01 Oct 2009 and 30 Sep 2010
Room 2 - Rua: 1 nights between 01 Oct 2009 and 30 Sep 2010
Room 3 - Toru: 1 nights between 01 Oct 2009 and 30 Sep 2010
Room 4 - Wha: 1 nights between 01 Oct 2009 and 30 Sep 2010

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation within 30 days of arrival date: 30% forfeit of the total booking price.
Cancellation within 7 days of arrival date: 100% forfeit of the total booking price.

Payment Policy:
No deposit is required to secure your reservation but we do require your credit card details. Full amount is payable upon arrival.
