Children under 2 are free of charge.
Children above the age of 2 are charged full rate.

Minimum Stays:
2 nights between 01 Feb 2006 and 17 Apr 2012
North Bedroom: 2 nights between 02 Dec 2008 and 02 Dec 2012
South Bedroom: 2 nights between 02 Dec 2008 and 30 Dec 2012

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation within 30 days of arrival date: 30% forfeit of the total booking price.
Cancellation within 7 days of arrival date: 100% forfeit of the total booking price.

Payment Policy:
A deposit of 100% of one night's rate is required to secure your reservation. The balance is payable upon arrival.
