Usual minimum reservation is for 2 consecutive nights - unless there is an appropriate single-night gap in existing reservation. Otherwise a surcharge may be levied.
Generous Single Rates are offered: these range between $40 & $80 less than the double rate.

We manage a small selection of self-contained properties (cottages, villas & apartments) - in Nelson's waterfront area. If we're already occupied @ Te Puna Wai for your desired dates please contact us for other options.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation within 30 days of arrival date: 5% forfeit of the total booking price.
Cancellation within 14 days of arrival date: 10% forfeit of the total booking price.
Cancellation within 7 days of arrival date: 25% forfeit of the total booking price.
Cancellation within 2 days of arrival date: 100% forfeit of the total booking price.

We are sympathetic to unexpected itinerary changes and are flexible with our cancellation policy. We do not always apply a cancellation penalty fee but reserve the right to do so as detailed.
No fee will be charged if replacement bookings are made.

No deposit is required to secure your reservation but we do require your credit card details. Full amount is payable upon arrival.
