    Minimum Stays:
    The Loft: 2 nights between 01 Apr 2010 and 30 Nov 2011
    The West Wing: 2 nights between 01 Apr 2010 and 30 Nov 2011

    Cancellation Policy:
    Cancellation within 30 days of arrival date: 20% forfeit of the total booking price.
    Cancellation within 1 day of arrival date: 100% forfeit of the total booking price.
    Cancellation more than 30 days prior. Refund of deposit less 10% admin fee..

    Payment Policy:
    A deposit of 20% of the total is required to secure your reservation. The balance is payable upon arrival.
