Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation within 30 days of arrival date: 30% forfeit of the total booking price.
Cancellation within 7 days of arrival date: 100% forfeit of the total booking price.
As we are located off the beaten track there is little traffic passing by so we do depend on your pre bookings. Hence if you do need to cancel for any reason, understanding of our cancellation policy would be appreciated.
For bookings that come via our sales channels which are instantly confirmed and require payment in full at the time of booking, the cancellation policy will be as follows;
A cancellation fee of 20% applies to all online bookings. If you cancel your accommodation within 2 weeks of arrival a 50% cancellation fee applies and if a cancellation is made within 48 hours of arrival a 100% cancellation fee applies. Payment Policy:
A deposit of 30% of the total is required to secure your reservation. The balance is payable upon arrival.
