The rate for the Turret Suite and Cornet Room INCLUDE BREAKFAST.

All reservation requests are subject to confirmation.
Bookings with an arrival date on or after 05-09-2010 will be instantly confirmed at the time of booking.
You will be directed to our secure server to make your request.
Tariff includes the New Zealand Goods and Services Tax of 12.500%

Children are welcome.
Children under 1 are free of charge.
Children above the age of 7 are charged full rate.

Minimum Stays:
Turret Suite: 3 nights between 26 Dec 2010 and 04 Jan 2011
The America's Cup Room: 3 nights between 26 Dec 2010 and 04 Jan 2011
Coronet Room: 3 nights between 26 Dec 2010 and 04 Jan 2011

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation within 15 days of arrival date: 25% forfeit of the total booking price.
Cancellation within 7 days of arrival date: 100% forfeit of the total booking price.

Payment Policy:
No deposit is required. Full amount is due 3 days prior to your arrival.
