Availability at Claremont Country Estate, Canterbury

Guests have the option of enjoying our Chef's 4-course dinner with hosted pre-dinner drinks and canapes and our 2-hour 4WD scenic adventure tour of estate and natural scenic wonders of Waipara River Valley. Both are optional extras. Guests are asked to pre-book dinner when making their reservation.

Children under 1 are free of charge.
Children above the age of 14 are charged full rate.

Minimum Stays:
Claremont 3-bed Cottage: 2 nights between 01 May 2009 and 30 Sep 2010

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation within 60 days of arrival date: NZ$250 forfeit.
Cancellation within 30 days of arrival date: NZ$715 forfeit.
Cancellation within 14 days of arrival date: 100% forfeit of the total booking price.
Due to our intimate size cancellations affect us greatly. Regardless of the cause for cancellation we will apply the following policy:

Reservations cancelled more than 60 days in advance of arrival date: no charge
Reservations cancelled 60-30 days in advance of arrival date: administration charge of $250.
Reservations cancelled within 30 days of arrival date: administration fee of $715.
Reservations cancelled with 14 days of arrival date: 100% charged
Peak season bookings (24th December to 2nd January)cancelled within 60 days - 100% is charged
Group bookings cancelled within 60 days - 100% is charged
It is your responsibility to take out travel insurance which covers cancellation. In the event of a cancellation, we reserve the right to debit your credit card in accordance with these terms. If you do not have travel insurance we suggest you consider Comprehensive Travel Insurance Limited. Visit their website and select the inbound travel plan for a quote. Payment Policy:
A deposit of NZ$250 is required to secure your reservation. The balance is payable upon arrival.
