We manage a small selection of self-contained properties - cottages, villas & apartments - in Nelson's waterfront area. If 39 Russell is already occupied for your desired dates please contact us for other options.

Tariff includes the New Zealand Goods and Services Tax of 12.500%

Children are welcome.
Children under 1 are free of charge.
Children above the age of 10 are charged full rate.


Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation within 30 days of arrival date: 10% forfeit of the total booking price.
Cancellation within 7 days of arrival date: 25% forfeit of the total booking price.
Cancellation within 3 days of arrival date: 100% forfeit of the total booking price.

39 Russell is single party property, any cancellation affects us significantly. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee as detailed. If we rebook the cottage no cancellation fee will be charged. We recommend travel insurance.

Payment Policy:
If you wish to pay with a Visa card which is enrolled in the "Verified by Visa" scheme please let us know ahead of your arrival. We will start the transaction but it will be necessary for you to go online to complete it (enter your password).
